Registered clubs rebate online application

Before you apply

  1. This application must be submitted by a person authorised to apply on behalf of the Registered Club.
  2. Please read the guideline to ensure you meet the criteria to be eligible for a rebate – Guideline - Crown land financial concessions (PDF, 529 KB)
  3. Prepare the supporting documents you may have to submit with your online application form.

Supporting documentation

  • Evidence of the club's current registration under the Registered Clubs Act 1976.
  • Copies of the club’s audited financial statements including income statements for the last 2 years

  • After you have submitted your form, a copy of the application can be emailed to the address entered in the form or a copy can be saved or printed.

Registered clubs
Provides a rent rebate of 20% or 50% to clubs that are registered under the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and that fall within the revenue thresholds outlined in the Crown land financial concessions policy – IND-O-254

Supporting documentation is required

You will be required to upload a copy of your club's current registration under the Registered Clubs Act 1976 at the end of this application.

Your application cannot be accepted

You are not eligible for a registered clubs rebate.

You will be required to upload a copy of the clubs annual gaming revenue (that is from poker machines) or annual gross revenue at the end of this application.

We will request more statements or information if there are unexplained variations between statements, or if annual gaming revenue cannot be identified from the information provided.
