Before you apply

1. Conveyancing searches are only available to registered solicitors and conveyancers. 
2. This application must be submitted by a person authorised to act on the company's behalf.

Terms and Conditions

• Notices/tax invoices will be produced monthly for all searches processed in the previous month.
• If payment is not made promptly on receipt of the notice/tax invoice, requests for further searches may be refused until all outstanding amounts have been paid.
• Once the payment of all amounts owing has been made the provision of searches will resume.

• After you have submitted your form, a copy of the application can be emailed to the address entered in the form or a copy can be saved or printed.
