Change or verification of details

Before you apply

  1. This application form is only for individuals or company account holders. If you want to update a Crown land manager or Statutory Land Manager details, please submit your changes via the Reserve Manager portal.  

  2. Prepare the supporting documents you will need to complete the online application form.

Supporting documentation

  • If you are changing company details upload a document as evidence you are authorised to make these changes on company letter head.

  • Any change to the company name and ABN/ACN will need to be supported by an ASIC search.
