Former Paddington Bowling Club

The former Paddington Bowling Club will be transferred from the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment – Crown Lands (Crown Lands) to the La Perouse Aboriginal Land Council (LALC).


The Killalea State Park will be transferred from current Crown land manager, NSW Crown Holiday Parks Land Manager (Reflections Holiday Parks), to the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS).

South Ballina Beach will be closed to vehicle access from 31 March, 2021 due to ongoing concerns about public safety and impacts to the environment and Aboriginal heritage values.

Due to significant safety and contamination issues, the boatshed and associated infrastructure at Empire Bay Marina will be removed.

Burwood Colliery dam
