- This application must be submitted by a person authorised to apply on behalf of the community group.
- Read the Guideline – Crown land financial concessions (PDF, 528 KB) to ensure you meet the criteria to be eligible for a rebate.
- Prepare the documents you may have to submit with your online application form.
Supporting documentation
At least one of the following:
- evidence of registration with Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission
- incorporation under the Associations Incorporations Act 2009
- authority under the Charitable Fundraising Act 1991
- evidence of the purpose, operations and constitution of the organisation.
