Local Council Rebate Online Application form

Before you apply

  1. This application must be submitted by the account holder/applicant or a person authorised to submit on their behalf.
  2. This form is for Local Councils who wish to apply for a rebate on the rent of their tenure.

  4. Prepare the supporting documents you may have to support your online application form.

Supporting documentation

  • Evidence of the primary purpose of the facility or service which details the benefit to the general community
  • Evidence of the type of facilities or services provided
  • Where a fee is charged and the payment of full rent will reduce your ability to provide the service, you must provide audited financial statements for the most recent two years
  • Other documentation to support your application
