Apply for a pensioner rebate

Before you apply

Note: Eligible pensioners are defined within the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 (clause 134).

  1. This application must be submitted by the account holder or a person authorised to submit on their behalf.
  2. This form is for eligible pensioners who wish to apply for a rebate of up to 50% on the rent of their tenure.
  3. Read the Guideline – Crown land financial concessions (PDF, 528 KB) to ensure you meet the criteria to be eligible for a rebate.
  4. Prepare the documents you may have to support your online application form.

Supporting documentation

  • Evidence of authority to act where applicable.
  • Certified copy of both sides of the Pensioner Concession Card or DVA Gold Card.
  • Certified copy of drivers licence or identification card (e.g. NSW Photo Card) to verify your address.
