A leaseholder(s) can make an application to alter/vary their existing lease.
The reason(s) for the application will need to be detailed and evidenced in order to allow the Minister to consider the request.
Only the registered leaseholder(s) can apply, and the application form must be signed by all holders and any other party that holds a registered interest in the lease.
Each application is considered on merit and individual circumstances taken into consideration.
Any alteration application proposing significant changes to the lease terms and conditions may be refused and referred for further considered under a new lease application.
