- Provide a detailed account of the request and supporting documents for timely processing.
- Current photos with a suitable coverage over the length of the boundary with a line imposed to identify position adopted (historical and aerial images may also assist to support your definition).
- Details of any differences between the observed location of fencing, improvements or other features and previous definition/s if applicable.
- Provide considered qualified reasons for any differences and the boundary position adopted.
- A description of the land and land use (whether natural, developed, or affected by man).
