Before you apply
A conveyancing search will give you the following information:
- type and status of Crown tenure
- diagram of the land parcel
- registered holders of tenure
- lot/deposited plan identifiers
- primary due date for obligations
- annual gross rental amount
- current amount due.
For a conveyancing search, all lots in the application must have the same owners listed on the title. If the names are different, an additional application is required for each unique holding. Allow 7 to 10 business days for your search results to be returned.
If you require a copy of the tenure document, apply for a current tenure status search.
Apply for a billing account
To ensure property searches are handled by qualified professionals, only registered solicitors and conveyancers can apply for a billing account.
A monthly invoice listing the previous month's conveyancing searches will be sent.
Fees
We will send you an invoice for any fees after we receive your application. Once you pay the application fee, we will process your application.
