What is Crown land 2031?

Crown land 2031 is our 10-year strategy to make sure Crown land is used in the best way to benefit our communities. It will help us bring Crown land to life by boosting tourism, supporting community groups, growing local economies, advancing Aboriginal interests, and creating more green open spaces.

Crown land is public land, and this plan guides how we use the Crown estate to create social, economic, cultural, and environmental value for the public.

To deliver Crown land 2031, we'll use a series of action plans that span multiple years. This means we can change and adapt our plans as new information, opportunities, and community expectations arise.

We will achieve the vision and outcomes in Crown land 2031 through successive, multi-year action plans.

We track and share our progress on Crown land 2031 priorities.

Community connections, economic progress, Aboriginal land rights, cultural heritage and environmental assets.
