  • Removal of contaminated soil to prevent environmental impacts and protect the community.
  • Demolition of damaged wharf impacted by flooding events and redundant refuelling infrastructure including storage fuel tank, fuel shed, underground fuel lines, fuel dispenser and winch storage shed.
  • Bank stabilisation work including 390 native saplings planted along the riverbank.
  • Improved site safety and alignment with RU5 – Village zoning which allows for recreational, tourist or commercial land uses.
  • Minimised disruption to the local community through managed construction practices for noise, dust and vibration.
