We accept the following payment methods:
- Online — Unfortunately, our online payment method is temporarily unavailable, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please use one of the below alternative options to make a payment or contact 1300 886 235 (Option 1) (Option 2), to speak directly with our accounts team.
- By phone — call 1300 886 235 (option 1) and follow the prompts to select to speak directly with a person or use the automated service to make a payment with a debit or credit card. All payments attract a 0.4% surcharge.
- BPAY — Follow the steps below to pay your account:
- Step 1: Look for the BPAY logo and biller code. You will find the biller code and customer reference number next to the BPAY logo on your notice.
- Step 2: Log onto your online, mobile or phone bank.
- Step 3: Pay your account. Choose the BPAY or pay bill option and follow the prompts to provide the biller code 53108, amount and reference.
- In person — take your account notice to any Australia Post office for payment by EFTPOS, cash or cheque.
