Before you apply
- This form should be submitted by a Crown land manager, a statutory land manager, board member, current licence or lease holder or an authorised representative acting on their behalf.
- Use the free NSW Planning Portal Spatial Viewer to:
- check that the land is Crown land
- find the Lot/DP number, reserve number, licence number or lease number
- Identify if the land is subject to an unresolved Aboriginal land claim. You can request a search from the Office of the Registrar using this form - Request for Search of Land Claim Register 2020 (PDF).
- Contact your local council to check if you need a development consent for your proposed activity under the local council’s local environmental plan.
- Prepare any supporting documents you need for your online application.
- Ensure you complete the application form in full and submit it at least 10 working days before the funding application is due.
- We will not accept incomplete applications.
