Crown Reserves Reporting System (CRRS)

The Crown Reserve Reporting System (CRRS) is an online facility which allows trusts to:

  • lodge annual reports electronically;
  • view previously submitted annual reports; and
  • request the correction and/or update of data regarding the trust or the reserve.

Reserve Trust Annual Reporting

All reserve trusts are required to submit an annual report to the Minister as prescribed in section 122 of the Crown Lands Act 1989 and section 37 of the Commons Management Act 1989 by 31 October each year. The requirement for annual reporting provides important information to support the partnership between the Crown land and reserve trusts in the ongoing management of Crown reserves. Further information on managing Crown reserves can be found in the Trust Handbook.

Submitting an annual report

Crown reserve annual reports are submitted through CRRS which is accessible from the NSW Public Reserves Funding and Reporting page. To access CRRS, reserve trust managers must have a unique username and password. Reserve trust managers can request access to CRRS by following the instructions detailed in the Registering for Access to CRRS section below.
